In an unrelated deal in neighboring Skokie, North Cook Immediate Service Center signed an 8,980-sf lease at 8100 McCormick Blvd. Lewis of Arthur J. Rogers & Co. represented North Cook Immediate Service Center while Michael Goldstein of Gold Realty Group Corp. handled negotiations for his company.
At Rogers Centre for Commerce in Buffalo Grove, renewals include Klefstad Companies, Inc. for 3,550 sf, Echiverri & Co. for 2,700 sf and John Marshall Construction, Inc. for 2,100 sf. Norman Ross of Arthur J. Rogers & Co. brokered all three deals.
