Trammell Crow Co. leases and manages the 17-acre park. Phase I features a 20,000-sf, three-story building and a 130,000-sf, four-story building. The park is located at 9800 Doral Blvd., two miles from Florida's Turnpike to the west and State Road 826 to the east.
Trammell Crow's Walter K. Robinson, vice president, and Laurel D. Lucas, associate, have represented the property owner and recently negotiated a long-term lease with Whirlpool Corp. for 7,295 sf of space in Phase I. Whirlpool, a major home appliances manufacturer and marketer, plans to move its Latin American sales and service operations there in the fall.
Other tenants at the park include Allstate Insurance, World Fuel Services Inc., HSBC Bank, Americatel, Castillo, Blachar, Brasac, PA and Comptroller of the Currency.
