The Julie Group LLC picked up the two-story property at 107 W. Julie Dr. for one of its holdings, WIST Office Products Co., which moves its headquarters into the building next month from 2405 South Roosevelt St. in Phoenix. "They were looking at build-to-suit and this was a low-cost option for them," Trammell Crow Co. vice president Ken McQueen tells GlobeSt.com. "It was a big savings for them."
The three-year-old building, located near Kyrene and Guadalupe roads, was on the market more than 15 months when McQueen, along with Trammell Crow senior associate James Harper and associate Andy Ogan teamed up with former Insignia/ESG broker Bob Lundstedt to negotiate the transaction between the Julie Group and seller Transamerica Life Insurance Co. McQueen, Harper and Ogan represented the seller in the deal while Lundstedt assisted the buyer.
