Mark Siegler of Colliers Houston represented Torre Lazur-McCann in the transaction, while Tim Conklin, vice president of leasing for the Florham Park, NJ-based Gale Co., provided in-house representation for the ownership. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed, although rents for the property are publicly listed in the $25 per sf range.
Torre Lazur-McCann is the fourth largest healthcare agency network, according to its CEO, Joe Torre. The company, with 1,200 employees in 38 cities, had 2002 billings of more than $1 billion.
Gale's 20 Waterview Blvd., built in 1988, is a 228,000-sf, four-story office building.
