The center sold for an 8.6% cap rate. Tenants include Fleet Feet, Tokyo Joe's, Ryland Mortgage Co., Tomorrow's Heirloom, The Delectable Egg, Subway, State Farm Insurance, Qdoba Mexican Grill and Nick-N-Willy's World Famous Take-N-Bake Pizza.
The center includes a two-story mixed-use building with 9,131-sf of second-story office space above ground level retail.The seller is the Village at Park Centre LLC.
