The buildings total 310,150 sf of which two-thirds is office/high finish flex with most of the rest devoted to warehouse space. The properties are located in St. Paul, the northern St. Paul suburbs of Roseville and Arden Hills, as well as Eden Prairie, a southwest suburb of Minneapolis. The four buildings were built are between six and eight years old.
The funding was secured by Murray Kornberg of L. J. Melody & Co.‚s Minneapolis office and was provided by State Farm Life Insurance Co.L.J. Melody is a CB Richard Ellis company, and is one of the largest real estate investment banking firms in the U.S., having arranged $16 billion in commercial real estate transactions nationwide over the last two years.
