Coreland also won the assignment for a center that is located across the street from Crenshaw Imperial Plaza, the Crenshaw Imperial Shopping Center. The other new assignments include the Town & Country Shopping Center in Rolling Hills Estates, Margarita Plaza in Huntington Park, Plaza de Monterey in Palm Desert, Jamboree Promenade in Irvine, Golden Circle Plaza in Santa Ana, Brookhurst Plaza in Fountain Valley, Grove Ontario Business Center in Ontario, Dolphin Business Center in Lake Forest, College Center in Azusa, and Hacienda Plaza in La Habra.
Chris Hite, co-founder and president of Coreland, says Coreland Cos. will be assisting clients such as Los Angeles-based Dylan Investment Properties and Jade Enterprises with renovating, re-tenanting and repositioning their shopping centers. New client Dylan Investment Properties owns Town & Country Shopping Center and existing client Jade Enterprises owns College Center and the newly acquired Hacienda Plaza, which it plans to rename La Habra Gateway.
Upside Investments, an existing client, tapped Coreland for the property management contract for its newest acquisition, the Crenshaw Imperial Plaza. The center's 305,120 sf consists of 220,291 sf of retail and a six-story office building of 84,829 sf. Upside is planning a major redevelopment of the property including cosmetic renovations and additional pad tenants.
