Addison joined Crescent Real Estate Equities Co. as property manager at Ptarmigan Place in July 2000. She was a 2002 delegate for CREW Network and served on the Strategic Planning Committee 2003, Budget Committee 2002-2003 and the Nominating Committee 2002. She has also participated in the Denver Metro Building Owners & Managers Association Education and Government Affairs committee, as well as the BOMA/CREW joint participation Speakers Forum.

Addison's experience, awards, and honors with CREW include: CREW Denver national delegate 2002, president 2001, and president-elect 2000; CREW Denver nominating committee 2002-2003, publicity committee 2002, and sponsorship committee co-chair and board VP 1995-1999; CREW Denver Winter Council Meeting Committee 2002-2003 and Women of Influence Award Committee 1999, 2002, 2003. She was also CREW Denver President's Award recipient in 1998 for sponsorship efforts and again in 2002 for involvement in the CREW Network as a delegate and committee member. With her work in the Colorado Woman's leadership Coalition (CWLC), she was a recipient of Woman Leader of Excellence Award in 2001 and a scholarship recipient for its Executive Forum Leadership Series 2002-2003.
