Meetings will be held at the Westin Tabor Center, the Denver Marriott City Center, the Hyatt Regency Denver and the Brown Palace Hotel. Attendees also will stay at the Oxford Hotel in LoDo.
The conference provides educational sessions on a host of national and regional issues, tactics and challenges. The National Trust for Historic Preservation is the principal organizer of the conference, working closely with the Colorado Historical Society. Colorado Preservation Inc. served as the principal statewide partner and Historic Denver as the local partner.
The theme is "New Frontiers in Preservations." Topics include downtown revitalization in the age of sprawl, preservation of post-war resources, diversifying the preservation movement and heritage tourism.
