When the two-story Greenbrier building at 713 Volvo Parkway comes on line for patients in May of next year, it will house space offering obstetrics, gynecology and primary care services. The hospital organization already houses its Sentara Women's Health Source in a space at 801 Volvo Parkway in Greenbrier South Shopping Center. Evidence of Sentara's plan to saturate the community is even evident in non-development deals--in July, the company leased 40,000 in the 137,000-sf Crossways I building at the Crossways at Greenbrier Park business campus to house its nursing school and training facility.
