DiRienzo, who has more than 20 years' commercial real estate experience in investment sales and consulting, previously was a senior investment adviser with Marcus & Millichap.
"As more clients expect their real estate services firm to provide national and international coverage, moving back to Grubb & Ellis offers the opportunity to considerably augment the services I can provide," DiRienzo says. He will be located in the company's Boca Raton office.
Savage started his career with Grubb & Ellis more than six years ago. He also has worked for Marcus & Millichap as investment sales associate. Savage, who has a master's degree in business administration from the University of Miami, will be based in Grubb & Ellis' Downtown office.
