Centerra Office Building, a Class-A, 186,000-sf, 17-story building at 1873 S. Bellaire St. in Denver. The property sits on 1.15 acres.
Parkway Center II, is a Class-A, six story, 151,988-sf building at North Dallas Tollway in Plano, TX. The property is on 6.4 acres. Southwest Gas Building is a Class-A, eight-story, 147,660-sf building at 10851 N. Black Canyon Highway in Phoenix. The property is on 7.38 acres.
Steve Bye, EVP and senior managing director Dan Koehler, associate producer and Steve Clifford, senior investment analyst of NorthMarq's Denver office, arranged the financing.
The lender was RBS Greenwich Capital.
