Dennis Vaccaro of Faris Lee, who represented both the buyer and the seller of the Country Club Center, which is at 19651 Yorba Linda Blvd., says Pacific Realty Associates sold the property to Damavandi Trust of 1998 as a 1031 exchange. The retail center is anchored by Chick's Sporting Goods, with Trader Joe's currently in the process of moving into the center, an addition that will revitalize the property, notes Richard J. Walter, president of Faris Lee.
In the other Yorba Linda transaction, EM Bee Management, a familytrust, bought the 8,000-sf center at 18501 Yorba Linda Blvd. from Lakeview Center Partners. Walter and Nicholas Coo of Faris Lee represented the seller, with Paul Kott of Paul Kott Realtors Inc. representing the buyer.
