Hall joined Prudential in 1988 and has also worked in mortgage asset management, portfolio management and originations. He holds an MBA and a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina.
Hall, a company principal, is responsible for originations, platform developments and marketing across all of Prudential's capital sources for Southeast markets that include Georgia, North and South Carolina, Tennessee, Mississippi and Alabama.
Hensley, a former senior account executive to one of Fannie Mae's DUS lenders in the city, joins Pru Mortgage as a director. He oversees commercial mortgage originations, platform development and marketing for Florida.
Hensley is also a former vice president for Merrill Lynch's small loan conduit and credit risk management group in Jacksonville, FL. He was also a regional manager with The Western & Southern Life Insurance Co. in Cincinnati. Hensley has an MBA from the University of Cincinnati and a bachelor's degree from Wabash College.
