Jade Beach's sales center is set to open this fall. Targeting the high-end buyer, Jade Beach residence prices will start in the $400,000s, although pricing and floor plans are in the preliminary planning stages.
The residential tower is being developed on the heels of its successful sister property, Jade Residences at Brickell Bay--a 48-story, 326-residence condo project currently under construction in Downtown Miami. Prices for residences at that project range from the $400,000s to more than $4 million.
"After the overwhelming response to Jade Residences at Brickell Bay, it seemed a natural progression to offer another unforgettable building, only on the beach," says developer Edgardo Defortuna.
Jade Beach will be situated on 2.5 acres with 300 ft of direct oceanfront. The project is a collaboration of architects Carlos Ott, Luis Revuelta and Kobi Karp. It will include upper-floor Sky Lofts, with four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, 18-ft ceilings and private outdoor whirlpools.
The tower also will feature penthouses and Sky Villas, which will range from 4,000 sf to 6,500 sf and have wrap-around terraces with city and ocean views. The other residences will have 9-ft ceilings, terraces with panoramic views and floor-to-ceiling glass walls. Kitchens will feature stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and master baths will have an infinity-edge whirlpool and separate shower.
Amenities will include a gym and spa, a children's playroom and water playground, an infinity-edged boat-shaped lagoon, and a pool and beach bar.
