United Properties will provide leasing and property management at the Wells Fargo office building, a 61,500-sf property at Main Street and First Street South in Hopkins, and Bassett Creek Medical Building, a 36,000-sf, three-story office center at Highway 100 and Duluth Street in Golden Valley, according to Dean Freeman, SVP, United Properties Property Management.
United Properties was picked for "its ability to meet the diverse needs of our properties and tenants," says Ken Gere, president of Planned Investments. The Wells Fargo building houses a Wells Fargo retail banking center and a variety of office users. Medical practice groups primarily occupy Bassett Creek.
This is United Properties‚ first assignment on behalf of Planned Investments. Zach Eliason is property manager and Bill Rothstein and Peter Fitzgerald are leasing agents for both sites.
