The title company will occupy the space on the eighth floor of the 10-story property, known as Anaheim City Centre, and is expected to move into the new space in December. Diversified provides title, escrow and closing settlement services for realtors, lenders, property owners and developers. The new space at the 222 S. Harbor building will be a consolidation of other Diversified offices in Long Beach and Orange County.
Robert Garey and Bob Alperin of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, with David Giglio of Grubb and Ellis representing the landlord, along with Arden's portfolio leasing manager Tina LaMonica.
