In the Santa Ana transaction, Metro Pro Road Services has bought a 27,580-sf industrial property at 2550 S. Garnsey St. from Burtin Enterprises of Santa Ana. The building will serve as a headquarters for MetroPro, which is a towing and automotive services provider. Phil Cohen of the Newport Beach office of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller, with the buyer represented by Bob Griffin of the Newport Beach office of Lee & Associates.
In the Irvine transaction, a locally based private investor has picked up a 35,654-sf R&D building at 17672-B Cowan Ave. from Zen Labs. The buyer was represented by Cohen, with the seller represented by David T. Desper of the Newport Beach office of CBRE.
