K. Hovnanian's parent, Hovnanian Enterprises, builds and markets housing in more than 230 residential communities in 12 states, making it among the largest homebuilding companies in the US. In 2002, it delivered 9,514 houses, and revenues totaled $2.6 billion. K. Hovnanian delivered more than 1,900 homes in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania last year.
