Both the buyer and the seller were represented by Brad Bierbaum, Bob Goodmanson, Brian De Revere and Ian Britton of the Anaheim office of CB Richard Ellis.

The property is a one-story building that was empty when the buyer acquired it but had previously been used as an owner-user facility by the seller. The concrete tilt-up building, which was completed in 1979, will serve as an additional facility for California Faucets, which is already operating in an adjacent building of approximately 25,000 sf that it has occupied for some time. The other facility is at 5231 Argosy Drive and serves as the headquarters for California Faucets. Both of the buildings are part of the Huntington Business Park.
