ER Solutions Inc. of Glendale will pay out $1.9 million over the six-year term for 4425 W. Olive Ave., formerly the site of a travel agency, National Leisure Group of Woburn, MA, Chris Krewson , with CB Richard Ellis Inc., tells GlobeSt.com. "The space ended up working perfectly for them with their expanded operations in Phoenix," Krewson says of the fully furnished office space. "There was enough space for them to anticipate their growth needs for the next two years." ER Solutions will move into the property within the next few weeks, he says.
Krewson, along with Mark Seale and Jennifer Bishop, also with CB Richard Ellis, represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Jim Bayless, Ashley Brooks, Keith Lambeth and Charles Miscio, also of CBRE's Phoenix office, represented the travel agency.
