Doug Bates with the local office of Henry S. Miller Commercial tells GlobeSt.com that he is marketing 131 Eichwurzel Lane, owned by McMurray Metal Products Inc., for $550,000. McMurray is selling the 10,000-sf building and a 12,000-sf neighbor that it still occupies. According to Bates, McMurray plans to exit the city and retreat to its homeport in Dallas. Bates says Midland plans to acquire the complex if the Houston entry goes well.

Bates and Henry S. Miller Commercial's Daren O'Conor represented McMurray Metals in the lease talks while Terry Brannon of ReMax Pearland negotiated for the inbound tenant, who secured the space for slightly less than the asking rate of 30 cents per sf gross.
