Jonathan Glick, Marcy Gross and Robert Bowman, vice presidents of the West Orange, NJ-based Sheldon Gross Realty Inc., represented the tenant in the transaction. Financial and other details of the lease were not disclosed.
"We have been working with LaJobi Industries for a number of years," Glick explains. "We are very pleased to have concluded this significant transaction for the company, and to have met their occupancy and bottom-line objectives.
The facility, which is owned by the West Conshohocken, PA-based Keystone Property Trust, is situated in the Keystone Cranbury East business park within the New Jersey Turnpike Exit 8A submarket. LaJobi Industries' new distribution home was completed and has been on the market since earlier this year.
