Somerset Corporate Center II is a 250,000-sf class A office building located within Somerset Corporate Center, a 1.6-million-sf master planned office park. The complex is situated opposite the recently expanded Bridgewater Commons Mall in Somerset County.
The Parsippany, NJ-based SJP Properties currently has a portfolio of more than 12 million sf of office space with an additional six million sf of development potential.
