GMAC Appointments Bolster Loan Administration

Squillante assumes responsibility of loan integration and escrow functions. Madden is charged with controlling and minimizing operation risk to special servicing and default operations. Both are based here at headquarters.

Squillante brings more than 25 years of experience in financial services, most recently as VP at Wilmington, DE-based ING Direct where he oversaw the startup of ING's retail mortgage business. He has also held VP posts at Provident Mutual Insurance, Advanta Corp., and Chase Manhattan.

Madden, who previously held posts with GMAC, also has more than 25 years in financial services. Most recently he was SVP of loan administration at Ewing, NJ-based Cenlar FSB, and earlier was SVP of servicing at CoreStates Mortgage, based in Philadelphia. Prior to his hiatus from GMAC, Madden held positions there as VP of internal audit, SVP of national underwriting, and SVP of servicing.
