Precision Tune, which provides full-service auto repair and maintenance, will occupy the newly rented space. Located at 3425 Midway Dr. behind a Shell Convenience Station, the auto shop features four service bays including one drive-thru bay and pit. The new Precision Tune location is one of six new openings that Pacific Coast Precision has slated for its 340-unit chain in the Los Angeles, Inland Empire and San Diego areas this year.
Pacific Coast Precision was represented in-house in the recent lease transaction. Anthony Villasenor of BRE Commercial/NAI's UTC office acted on behalf of the landlord, Gas Plus.
