Kamal Shelhoup beat out several competing offers to pay the full asking price for the 4832 E. Warner Rd. property just weeks after it went on the market, Jamie Medress with Marcus & Millichap tells GlobeSt.com. "The location on this property right off the freeway and the growth in the area was a critical factor for the buyer," he says of the deal between Shelhoup and seller JSM Holdings of Mesa. Shelhoup purchased the holding, built in 1996 and located off Interstate 10, as part of a 1031 Exchange.
Medress and Steve Gonzalez, also with Marcus & Millichap, represented the seller in the transaction. Caesar Televara with Marcus & Millichap's Las Vegas office handled talks for the buyer.
