CoreNet is a global Corporate Real Estate Network. It was formed from the integration of the former International Development Research Council and the International Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives. The organization has more than 50 locally based chapters in five global regions: Asia, Australia, Europe, Latin America and North America. It has 7,500 corporate real estate executives, service providers and economic developers.

Breakout sessions include: Corporate Real Estate 2010: Enabling Work in a Networked World; Innovative Practices in Corporate Real Estate Management; Corporate Real Estate and Strategy; and Industry Trends Leading to Agile Uniformity.

Two sessions with intriguing titles include: "If it Ain't Broken Don't Break It!" and "Can You Spare A Little Change."

Among those scheduled to attend from the metro area include Julie Bender and Susan Stanton of the DIA Partnership; Raul Campos, Kenneth Gilbert and Sharon Barrett from Liberty Greenfield, a tenant rep firm in the city; Shannon Rowe, marketing director of ProLogis, the world's largest industrial REIT; Stephen Miller, VP of economic development for the Southeast Business Partnership; Joshua Gold, CEO of RNL Design, the largest architectural firm in the area; Dave Lewis and Hank Baker of Forest City Stapleton; Robert Hackett, SVP of sales and services at Trammell Crow; Joe Cantalamesssa, managing director of Equity Office Properties; Amy Gerber of the Staubach Co.; and Peter Coakley, of Transwestern Commercial Services.
