Pion, who has been with the company for 18 years, is the top producing professional in Southern California and the youngest recipient of the "William H. McCarthy Award," the company's highest honor. He is also a member of CBRE's prestigious Colbert Coldwell Circle, which honors employees that make the greatest contribution to the firm and the industry they serve.
As founder of the Los Angeles Broker Challenge, one of the largest charities in L.A. founded in 1986, he has helped raise over $1.1 million for Family Services of Santa Monica. He is also the founder of the Pignon School in Haiti and is on the board of directors of Westside Family YMCA, Century/Lift, and Westside Urban Forum. Pion is based in the firm's West Los Angles office.
