"Cashman's expertise in investment property sales strengthens the ability of our Baltimore office to provide a continuum of asset services including acquisitions project marketing, property management, strategic planning and asset dispositions," CBRE senior managing director Timothy Cahill notes.
Cashman began his career in real estate as an employee of CBRE before moving to the company's San Francisco office. He then worked at Basin Street Properties and later at Stonegate Partners, which he co-founded. Cashman's domain will encompass the entire Baltimore-Washington region, and he has his work cut out for him. According to Delta Associates 3Q 2003 Report for the Washington/Baltimore Office Market, investment sales last quarter in Metropolitan Washington, DC alone came in at a hefty $1.3 billion.
