The locally based developer awaits an OK from the Atlanta Regional Commission which confirms it is reviewing tentative plans on the project at the site of the former Perimeter Ford dealership at Barfield Road and Mount Vernon Highway.
Griffin also plans to build a 1,330-space multi-story parking deck on the west side of the toll road near the Sandy Springs MARTA station, according to the filed plans.
