Imagistics, a direct sales and service provider of document solutions, plans to relocate and expand to 14,509 sf of space at the 101,000-sf flex property. The company currently maintains operations on Progress Drive in Shelton.
CB Richard Ellis' Sean Cahill, Sean McDonnell and Michael Dillon represented the property owner, Cambridge Hanover, in the negotiations. Imagistics International was represented by Mike Resch of Delmhorst & Sheehan Inc.
Earlier this year, Keno Graphics signed a 20,400-sf lease at 1 Parrott Drive after the building was reopened following a renovation that included a new façade, a complete upgrade of the HVAC systems and a custom landscape design for the property. Approximately 66,971 sf of space remains available at the building, CB Richard Ellis officials note.
Commenting on the deal, Cahill says, "This is such an exciting property because it combines corporate office space and a corporate park setting with functional operations space. The building is an ideal location for Imagisitics and we are so pleased that they chose to join the tenant community at 1 Parrott Dr."
Cahill adds that while there are currently no leases out for signature, his firm is in discussions with a company seeking to lease approximately 50,000 sf of office/flex space at 1 Parrott Dr. He would not reveal the name of the company said to be in lease discussions with his firm, however.
