Forshee, a commercial real estate veteran, will be responsible for overseeing business development and oversight for all operations, recruiting, training, supervision and project management duties. He came to Phoenix from Insignia/ESG's Washington, DC office to rebuild the property management division.
During his time in Phoenix, he grew the I/ESG portfolio by more than 2.5 million sf in two years. Prior to leading I/ESG's property services in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and Utah, he spent eight years as a senior managing director of property services in Washington, DC and seven years in a variety of commercial real estate roles with other companies.
