The borrower is Central Boulevard Associates, a local partnership. The loan is based on a 10-year term and 30-year amortization schedule. The source of the funding was not disclosed.

The building, which includes 249 parking spaces and is situated on a five-acre site, is currently 100% leased to four tenants, headed by Bowne Digital Services LLC, a specialized digital printing company. The other tenants are Eluci International Inc., Metrology Solutions Inc. and Sabtex Ltd.
