The facility was sold by Southfield Commons LLC to a private investor, says Steve Chaben, VP/regional manager of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co.'s Detroit office. Tenants at the center include Einstein Bagels, Dunkin' Donuts, House of Watchbands and the Woo Lee Garden Korean Restaurant.
Bill O'Connor, a Marcus & Millichap associate, represented the seller and the buyer in the transaction.
