Christopher A. Curley, vice president of GVA Thompson Doyle Hennessey & Stevens, represented Vestmark in the deal while Brian McKenzie of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners represented Comverse. The building is owned by SSR Realty.
The sublease represents a relocation and expansion of Vestmark's current offices at 500 Edgewater Park Dr. in Wakefeld. Curley notes that Vestmark was very specific in their needs for a new facility. "They needed to find a landlord or sublessor that could work with them and accommodate their aggressive growth plans," he says. Curley adds that the company wanted to take advantage of as much existing infrastructure as possible to keep down the capital costs of the move. "Given those parameters we still probably looked at twenty buildings. Ultimately they decided to go to 100 Quannapowitt Parkway because it was the best fit all around," he says.
