The latest scheme to be unveiled is a £150m (£$252.3m) residential development in Cambridge to be done in joint venture with Apollo International Real Estate Fund. The scheme, called "Accordia", will be sited on 24 acres on Brooklands Avenue close to the Cambridge University Botanical Gardens. It will provide 378 houses and apartments including 114 affordable homes for rent and shared ownership. Construction has already commenced on site and the first houses will be released for sale in spring 2004 with completion of the development expected in early 2007.

The company announced earlier this week that it had signed a joint venture agreement to develop a 9.4-acre brownfield site adjacent to the existing Merton Abbey Mills Market in Colliers Wood, SW19. The scheme, with an end value of £89 million ($150.3 million), will include 283 flats for sale, a 132-bed hotel prelet to Scottish & Newcastle under its Premier Lodge brand, a health and fitness centre prelet to Virgin Active and two restaurants.Occupation of the first phase of flats is set for summer 2004, with completion planned for by summer 2006.
