Mountain View Family Physicians will relocate from 2735 E. Camelback Rd. in Phoenix into 10,000 sf while Arrow Surgical Associates, which leased 3,204 sf, will move from 2735 E. Camelback Rd.
The 11-building, 293,796-sf property, which is 86% occupied, is being repositioned by building owner, CamelSquare LLC to handle more medical uses, Mustfeld says. She, Larry Downey and Jerry Jacobs, also with Cushman & Wakefield, are the property's leasing agents. Tom Adelson and Kevin Calihan, both with CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s Phoenix office, represented Mountain View Family Physicians. Arrow Surgical Associates represented itself in the transaction.
