Also in the West Loop, Kensington Advisors has leased 8,222 sf at 100 N. Riverside Plaza while Cenflo Inc. renewed a 3,250-sf deal at 205 W. Wacker Dr. HSA Commercial assistant vice president Brad Black represented both tenants, getting help from president John Wilson in the larger deal. The John Buck Co.'s Kevin Morgan represented Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, owner of 100 N. Riverside Plaza, while Christopher Cassata and Kim Robare of CB Richard Ellis represented Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors, owner of 205 W. Wacker Dr.
