The structure at 7470 New Technology Way is a single-story facility that was developed in 1989. It is also home to Manower Inc., as well as Manekin, itself. And with Qovia's lease, the property is nearly 94% occupied. "By deciding to grow in Frederick County, Qovia not only offers great opportunities for people in Frederick to work where they live, but also advances state-of-the-art technology in our community," Frederick County Office of Economic Development executive director Marie Keegin says.
