Property records indicate the seller, Glendale Heights-based Rus Properties, paid $2.05 million less than four years ago for the properties located northeast of Orchard Road and Galena Boulevard on this city's west side.
The sale was brokered by Ralph DePasquale and Bill Montana of Hendricks & Partners' Chicago office.
Hendricks & Partners' most recent multifamily research report notes the sale was part of upward trends in the number of transactions, average price per unit and price psf.
