The company is relocating from The Rookery building in the Central Loop to a 78-year-old River North location vacated by Reid/Londonhouse, whose predecessor firm paid $1.2 million for the property in 1995.

Two large data centers and CAT-5 wiring are in place for the firm's new trading floor, but Peak 6 expects to spend money upgrading the building.

Visibility along Ohio Street, which carries traffic off the Kennedy Expressway feeder ramp, was attractive to the building's new owner, which was represented by Newmark Realty. Studley corporate managing director Joshua Gorin represented Reid/Londonhouse.
