The Minneapolis office of CB Richard Ellis recently announced the deal. Brian Fogelberg from CB's Minneapolis global corporate services group represented Atkins Nutritionals and Advantage Logistics in the deal.
SuperValu is a large food retailer and wholesaler based in Eden Prairie, MN, which owns a retail chain of grocery stores called Cub Foods.
"Market conditions and competitive processes allowed us to leverage their credit and set a new low rental rate in the marketplace," Fogelberg says.
