A specialist in office property leasing and sales in the Interstate 17 Corridor, Lundstedt has been in the commercial real estate business in Phoenix since 1981 and had previously worked for Cushman & Wakefield for 12 years. He also has held positions at John Noble & Associates and Lyon Commercial Brokerage along with Insignia/ESG.
During his career, Lundstedt has negotiated more than 800 lease transactions, 46 building sales and 57 land sales totaling in excess of $1 billion. Among Lundstedt's clients are Southwest Gas, IAC, Suburban Mortgage and PetsMart. He's also worked for numerous developers, including RRS & Co., OPUS West, the Alter Group, Denali National Trust, Orsett and Samuelson-Hornaday.
