East Pacific owns approximately 10 investments, most located in Colorado Springs. Major tenants of East Pacific are Productions Services International, Re:Source Colorado, doing business as Premier Floors, Lehrer Metal Products, The Denver Post and Efficiency Garage Door Service.
Panorama has retained several retail, office and light industrial properties throughout the city. Some of the company's other clients include several properties owned by Miller Family Limited Partnership of New York City. In total, Panorama currently manages more than 325,000 sf of space in the metro area.
