Isagenix International paid $5.8 million for the property that had been previously used as manufacturing space by owner Pinnacle Manufacturing. "The function of the building was absolutely perfect for the way they wanted to set up their manufacturing," Marc Tuite, with Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial tells GlobeSt.com of the firm's incentive behind the 2225 S. Price Rd. purchase.
The move by Isagenix into its new world headquarters will double workspace and deliver a location within easy reach of the Valley's freeway system, Tuite says. The firm is presently located at 4050 E Cotton Center Blvd. in Phoenix.
Tuite, along with Mike Haenel, Andy Markham and Steve Mardian, all with Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial, assisted Isagenix in the building purchase. Pinnacle Manufacturing was represented by Bruce Calfee, also with Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial.
