Locally based Fox Cos. is the master planner and developer of Chesterbrook, which contains a 120,000-sf shopping center, nine restaurants and a Wyndham all-suites hotel in addition to residences and office buildings. Chesterbrook also has seven miles of walking trails and 200 acres of dedicated open space. It adjoins Valley Forge National Historic Park.
