The Collaborative West liked both the architectural style and the well-landscaped grounds so much at 2525 E. Arizona Biltmore Circle that the company agreed to put out $96,396 for a two-year lease with building owner, Holualoa Arizona Inc. of Phoenix. "The location was central," Laura Becker, with Daum Commercial Real Estate Services tells GlobeSt.com of the two-story, multi-tenant office building, "but they were also looking for a place with nice landscaping because they are landscape architects."

The 60,497-sf building's unique interior with its curving staircase and a tenant list that included several other architectural firms added to the property's appeal, Becker says. The firm, which moves into the property Nov. 1, will use the space for its first Phoenix offices.

Becker represented Collaborative West in the lease negotiations. Jeff Wentworth with Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial of Phoenix bargained for the building owner.
