The portfolio totals316,035 sf and comprises nine modern developments in established out of town retail locations in Ashford, Bracknell, Brentford, Eastleigh, Waltham Abbey, Barnstaple, Newton Abbot, Poole and York.

The income is secured from tenants including B&Q, Homebase, Currys, MFI, Carpetright, Halfords, Staples and McDonalds generating a total rent of approximately £4.40 million per annum. Over 70% of the income is secured on leases with in excess of 15 years unexpired.
