The Webb Crane site, located near Interstate 70 off 23 Road, will eventually be the new location for Hanson Equipment, an over-the-road truck service. The firm is currently located adjacent to the Rimrock Marketplace, which THF Development Co. wants to develop into 80,000 sf of retail space.
The sale of the Webb Crane facility was handled by Lois Dunn, a broker with Invest In Colorado, in conjunction with Marcia Mueller, an associate broker at Frederick Ross Co. in Denver.
Webb Crane, which also expects to close on a 55,000-sf facility on six acres in Denver before year-end, is also being handled by Invest In Colorado and Frederick Ross Co.
Greg Schaeffer of Bray & Co. Commercial and Bob Colony of Century 21/Northridge Realty represented Hanson Equipment in the Grand Junction transaction.
